- Thou shalt determine that the diamond purchased is NOT a CONFLICT diamond.
- Thou shalt always verify the REPUTATION of thy Diamond Merchant.
- Thou shalt be aware of the INFLUENCING TECHNIQUES that may be used against thee by diamond salespeople.
- Thou shalt remember the tenet “everything is negotiable” and NEGOTIATE vigorously but fairly with good humour.
- Thou shalt get thy diamond ring INSURED.
